This is a plain-English summary of how we handle information. We review it regularly and update it when our apps or practices change. Last updated 22 October 2026.
The short version
- We only collect what an app or this website needs to work. Our first app, Math Alarm Clock, collects nothing at all.
- We do not sell personal information.
- Apps ask before using things like your location, camera or contacts, and you can say no.
- You can ask us what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing support@ezsystemstech.com.
Who we are
This policy is published by EZ SYSTEMS TECHNOLOGIES (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED, trading as EZ Systems (“EZ Systems”, “we”, “us”), a company registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan. Our registered address is House 802, Street 21, Phase 5B, Ghouri Town, Islamabad, Pakistan.
It covers this website and the apps EZ Systems publishes under its own name (“our apps”). Each app also has its own privacy policy that describes exactly what that app does: see Math Alarm Clock privacy policy.
When we build software for a client and the client publishes it, the client’s own privacy policy applies to that software, not this one.
This website
This website does not use cookies, advertising or analytics tools, and it does not ask you to create an account.
- Hosting. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.
- Fonts. Our fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address.
- Email and the contact form. When you use the contact form, your name, email address, company (if you add it), project type and message are sent to us through the form service Web3Forms, which passes them to our mailbox. We only receive what you choose to type, and we use it to reply to you. Email to our addresses is delivered through Cloudflare Email Routing to a mailbox hosted by Google.
Information our apps may collect
Each app collects only what its features need, and its own privacy policy, Google Play listing and Data safety section say exactly which of the following apply. Math Alarm Clock collects none of them.
- Account details, such as your name, email address and password, if an app has accounts. Passwords are stored in a scrambled (hashed) form.
- Content you create in the app, such as notes, files or messages.
- Device and technical information, such as device model, operating system, app version, crash reports and performance data.
- Usage information, such as which features are used, so we can fix problems and improve the app.
- Location, only if a feature needs it and you allow it in your device settings.
- Camera, photos, microphone or contacts, only with your permission and only for the feature you are using.
- Purchases, which are handled by Google Play or another payment provider. We do not receive your card details.
How we use information
- To provide the app or service you asked for and keep it secure.
- To find and fix bugs, and to improve our apps.
- To reply to support requests and send messages about the service, such as security notices.
- To meet legal obligations and protect our users and systems.
We do not sell personal information. If a future app shows ads or uses third-party analytics, its privacy policy, store listing and Data safety section will say so and name the providers.
Who we share it with
- Service providers that help us run the website and our apps. Today these are Cloudflare (website hosting and email routing), Web3Forms (delivers messages from the contact form to our mailbox), Google (Google Fonts, the mailbox that receives our email, and Google Play for app distribution, purchases and ratings).
- Authorities, when the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or others.
- A new owner, if EZ Systems or an app is sold or merged. This policy would continue to apply to your information.
Math Alarm Clock itself uses only Google Play Billing for purchases and Google Play’s rating card. It has no internet permission and sends nothing to anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purpose it was given, or as long as the law requires.
Emails and enquiries are kept for 1 year after the last message.
If a future app collects crash reports or other technical data, its own privacy policy will say how long they are kept.
How we protect it
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and up-to-date software to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we also limit what we collect in the first place.
Your rights and choices
- Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct information that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete your information or your account.
- Withdraw a permission at any time in your device settings, or withdraw consent you gave us.
- Object to a particular use of your information.
Email support@ezsystemstech.com to make a request. We may need to confirm your identity first. We aim to reply within 30 days.
Depending on where you live, data protection laws such as the GDPR in the EU and UK may give you further rights, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Deleting your data
Our data deletion page explains how to delete app data yourself and how to ask us to delete anything we hold about you.
Children
Our apps are general-audience apps. They are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
International transfers
Some of our service providers store or process data outside Pakistan. When that happens, we choose providers that protect data to a standard at least as strong as this policy.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our apps or the law change. We will change the effective date at the top, and if the change is significant we will also tell you in the app or by email.
