Android apps first. Everything around them too.

Our main work is Android apps for Google Play. We also build what those apps need around them: back ends, admin dashboards, AI features and websites. Every project gets the same basics: clear requirements, careful testing, monitoring and documentation.

Android apps and Google Play publishing

Android apps designed, built, tested and published on Google Play, then looked after with fixes and updates. iOS is available on request.

  • Good for
    • Customer and business apps
    • Utility and productivity apps
    • Booking and ordering

    • A back end when the app needs one, or fully offline when it does not
    • Google Play Console set-up, store listing and screenshots
    • Privacy policy and Data safety form
    • Testing tracks before release
    • Fixes and updates after launch

    • Admin and reporting
  • Usually includes
    • APIs designed for mobile apps

AI added where it helps, inside apps and business systems: reading documents, sorting requests and drafting replies, with people kept in control.

  • Good for
    • Smart features inside apps
    • Document processing
    • Email and request triage
  • Usually includes
    • Mapping how the work is done today
    • AI steps with a person reviewing the decisions that matter

    • Offline tools
    • Subscription products
  • Usually includes
    • Installers and updates
    • Local file and device access
    • Separate, secure data for each customer
    • Subscriptions and billing set-up

Publishing on Google Play

Getting an app onto Google Play is a project of its own.

We have published our own app there, so we handle these steps for you as part of an Android project.

  1. Developer account and app set-up. The Play Console app entry, package name, signing and the details Google asks for.
  2. Store listing. App name, descriptions, screenshots and graphics that describe the app honestly.
  3. Privacy policy and Data safety form. A clear policy page and answers that match what the app really does.
  4. Testing tracks. Internal and closed testing so real people try the app before everyone else.
  5. Release. Production release, with a gradual rollout when it makes sense.
  6. After launch. Crash fixes, Android version updates and changes to Google Play policy.

How we work

How a project runs, step by step.

Each step ends with something you can see and check, so you always know where the project stands.

  1. Step 1 of 4

    Understand

We learn how your business works and what the app must do.

    Output: a clear problem statement

  2. Step 2 of 4

    Scope

You get a written plan: what will be built, what will not, the order of work and the cost.

    Output: a written scope

  3. Step 3 of 4

    Build in steps

Short cycles, with test builds you can install on your own phone.

Output: test builds you can install

  4. Step 4 of 4

    Launch on Google Play

We publish the app, then keep it working with fixes and updates.

Output: a live app and its documentation
